We do submit to most traditional Dental Insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if Szafarek Dental is IN or OUT of Network.  We have many patients with out of network plans such as, Aetna, Guardian, Ameritas, and United Healthcare who allow you to see the dentist of your choice, Dr. Szafarek! Just because Insurance says we are OUT of network does not mean you don't have coverage.  Always ask, " Do I have out of network coverage? Can I see the dentist of my choice."
